Fast Merge - Merges at the vertex nearest mouse position when 1 vertex is selected

1 Key in Vertex Mode will merge to nearest vertex

When more than 1 vertex is selected it will instead merges at the active vertex

An option for preserving uvs exist, but it might fail at uv borders. A workaround is planned.

Shift 1 Connect if in edge/face mode and more than 1 vert is selected, otherwise knife tool. If two or more verts in vert mode are selected it will instead join.

Modifier Key - Adds more shortcuts to the modifier property panel.

Attributes Operations - Adds new operations to the attributes panel when in edit mode, makes it more similar to how adding/removing vertex groups works. Currently it just works for Bool, Float and Color, but this could easily be expanded in the future.

Note, Face Groups does not always work correctly in 4.0 duo to an bug, its fixed in 4.1
